Stoneridge Software is looking for an innovative and visionary Dynamics 365 Business Central Senior Consultant who will deliver exceptional results to help our clients win. We deliver post go-live support using our proven implementation methodology, and we want consultants with deep technical excellence, grit, and the ability to maintain a focus on empowering our client community for continual growth.
Our Senior Consultants work directly with our clients as business analysts and technical experts. You will provide hands-on configuration and support of Dynamics 365 Business Central to fit with the client’s system requirements and business objectives. The Senior Consultant is also passionately striving to delight clients and seeks out ways to continuously improve their product knowledge and consulting skills. They jump at the chance to engage in new challenges and demonstrate that they enjoy their work by exhibiting their technical excellence and tenacity while being inherently client centric.
Possess and maintain comprehensive experience and strong knowledge of core software, business processes and best practices, related technologies and enhancements, and industry trends
Work pro-actively with clients on strategic projects or initiatives to ensure they continue to receive value from the NAV/Business Central applications
Work reactively on break/fix support to ensure clients experience minimal service disruptions
Escalate ISV-related product issues and work with partners to drive for resolution
Apply experience and knowledge while working with clients to ascertain solution requirements, potential technical options within Dynamics NAV /Business Central and related technologies, and scope and resource requirements associated with each option
Design & test custom solutions & integrations managing functional design & scope.  Effectively coordinate with development resources to build and deliver custom solutions and integrations
Represent Stoneridge Software through effective communication with clients throughout the solution life cycle
Work efficiently with resources from other internal teams or external groups as needed
Mentor team members
Leverage knowledge and experience to find and encourage win-win solutions with team members and clients
Organize tasks and projects efficiently and set clear goals to ensure timely completion
Make effective decisions and recommendations for Stoneridge Software and our clients’ best interests
Deliver high-quality work within established deadlines, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Prioritize self-development by attending training or self-learning to enhance skills and expertise
Foster and champion psychological safety and a positive team environment
Instill trust through honesty, integrity, and respect, modeling the organization’s values and vision
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience
4+ year Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central experience, preferably in a support role
4+ year experience with NAV/Business Central Finance/AR/AP modules
2+ year experience with NAV/Business Central Manufacturing module preferred
Object oriented programming experience strongly preferred
Excellent and demonstrated customer service experience
Microsoft Dynamics NAV Certification preferred
Ability to work in a team environment
Strong technical writing ability
Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English

Work Location: This position is available remotely in the United States.
Travel Required:  Incumbent is expected to travel across the United States and Canada for industry events and, as needed, for onsite client, project, delivery, or in‑person collaboration at company office locations in Fargo, ND and Minneapolis, MN. Travel is expected to be up to 20% of the role.

To determine competitive salaries within this range we consider candidates skills, qualifications, and experience. These are national ranges, inclusive of bonus opportunities and could represent multiple role levels.
US (USD): $130,500-$164,500
Canada (CAD): C$124,600-C$149,500
