Description
What you will do• Drive demand creation in EMEA and across global account team for assigned Global Key Accounts and Regional Accounts • Develop and execute global business strategies: Identify (current & future) opportunities for Nexperia • Tailor the Nexperia Value Propositions specifically for your customers to become #1 choice at the customer for our portfolio (“trusted advisor”) • Develop relationship to relevant stakeholders (commercial / technical; working level / management) to become early-stage design-in partner • Understand formal & informal hierarchy, identify decision makers at customer and establish and develop suitable relationship strategies to improve Nexperia’s position at the account • Customer obsession: ensure the best service-level (quality & reliability) to position Nexperia for future growths • Represent and convey the customer needs internally and ensure adequate priorities are set to execute against strategy • Gather and communicate market information into the organization • Consolidate the above in a Customer Business Plan • Clearly communicate expectation and requirements towards Nexperia • Daily interaction with technical and commercial community of your customer • Preparation and execution of regular technical workshops with customers What you will need• University degree in electrical engineering or business studies with solid technical affinity and understanding of industrial / consumer applications • Minimum 5 years Sales & Marketing experience; preferably in Industrial environment with key/local accounts or similar experience as Field Application Engineer; either in the semiconductor industry or in a related business • Motivation to drive change and contribute to Nexperia’s growth ambitions • Technical understanding of Industrial / Consumer applications and markets • Solid experience to promote standard-/ commodity products / power products • Entrepreneurial thinking, result oriented, customer focused • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and German.
